Subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but occasionally there may be a stock discrepancy. In such instances, we will fulfill the available products and contact you regarding any backordered items, offering the option to await restocking or to process a refund.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase, and this price will be the final cost for shipping to the customer.
Delivery Terms
Transit Time Domestically:
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days.
Transit Time Internationally:
Orders shipped internationally are generally in transit for 4 - 22 days. The specific transit time depends on the courier selected during checkout.
Dispatch Time:
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 business days of payment. Please note that as a small operation, we pack orders before bed and make two trips to the post office each week.
Change Of Delivery Address:
Requests for a change of delivery address can be accommodated before the order has been dispatched.
P.O. Box Shipping:
We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only.
Military Address Shipping:
We can ship to military addresses using USPS.
Items Out Of Stock:
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for it to become available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await restocking.
Delivery Time Exceeded:
While we do our best to predict delivery times, delays can sometimes occur.
